  • Prices are in US dollars and shown on the Downloads page before you pay. Paid products are ZP All in One Media Centre, ZP Book Searcher (Full and Lite) and ZeeBOT. Everything else is free.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • After payment you get a download link on screen and by email. The link works for 30 days. If it runs out, email us and we will send a new one.
  • Each purchase is for your own use on your own computers. Please don't resell or share the installer or the download link.
  • ZeeBOT is sold monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time by emailing us, and you won't be charged again.
  • Students and people who can't afford a product can ask for a free copy on the free copy page.

Refund policy

If a product doesn't install or work on your computer and we can't fix it, we refund you in full. Ask within 14 days of buying by emailing info@zpaisolutions.com with your order email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

ZeeBOT: cancel within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. After 14 days, cancelling stops future payments and the month or year you already paid for stays active until it ends.

Privacy policy

  • What we collect: your name and email when you buy or ask for a free copy, and the school email you use to verify as a student. Stripe handles the payment details.
  • Why: to send your download, answer you, and stop misuse of free copies. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
  • How long: Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires. Our own order notes are deleted after 90 days, site activity logs are deleted after 40 days, and free-copy requests after 60 days.
  • Other services: Stripe (payments), Google Drive (downloads and books), YouTube (videos) and Google Fonts. Each has its own privacy policy.
  • Cookies: the site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is kept only in your own browser.
  • Your choices: email info@zpaisolutions.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
